Poster Presentation Rules

Poster presentations will be accepted in limited numbers and only for in-person submissions.
Posters must be 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) and presented vertically.
The poster title must be in all capital letters, 44–50 point font, and bold. A 2 cm margin must be left at the top, bottom, right, and left edges.
Author name(s) should be written in bold, between 24 and 36 points.
Headings within the text (Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Findings and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.) should be written in all capital letters, in bold, between 24 and 30 points.
Poster text should be written in 24 to 32 points and justified. The font can be Times New Roman, Arial, or Verdana.
The text of the sources in the bibliography should be written in 14 to 18 points, not bold.

Sources should be cited in the text by name and year and included in the bibliography.
Visuals such as graphs, charts, drawings, pictures, and photographs should be emphasized in the presentation of information on the poster.
There is no restriction on the use of colour in posters. Photographs, charts, graphs, and drawings may be used. Photographs and visuals must be high-resolution.
Posters will be presented on the dates and at the times specified in the scientific program. Poster presenters will be present at their posters on the days and at the times specified in the program and will provide information.
Participants will print their own colour prints of the posters they will present at the congress, in the specified dimensions, and hang them at the designated venue and date. There is no need to bring fasteners(pins, glue, etc.);these will be provided by the congress organizing committee.
